The founder, Alessandro, began his career at leading agencies including Dentsu, H-Farm, Intarget, and Digitouch, working on major brands such as Reckitt Benckiser Group (Durex, Veet, Finish, Gaviscon), Pinko, Eataly and Pampers. After this experience, he transitioned to working as an independent consultant, specializing in business development and marketing strategies. Subsequently, he founded his own agency while simultaneously launching Course Clear, an EdTech startup that connects professionals with certified coaches and trainers through AI-powered intelligent matching.
