Overview

CoopVoce needed to reposition toward Gen Z with an integrated strategy connecting physical retail locations with digital assets. The project developed and executed a full-funnel campaign to support acquisition of the EVO 200 plan through content and activations coherent with generational codes, integrating all touchpoints in a unified ecosystem with distinct objectives along the funnel.

Challenge

The campaign achieved +61% awareness among the 16-30 target across five key regions and drove +33% EVO 200 activations in-store and online versus the previous quarter. Gen Z native content generated +49% higher engagement compared to standard creative approaches, while average cost per acquisition decreased by 27% versus historical benchmarks. The successful artist partnership with AKA 7even drove amplification across both TV and social platforms, establishing CoopVoce as a credible choice for younger consumers and opening new growth opportunities in a previously underserved demographic segment.

Impact

Horizon Tower redefined the district by introducing a development that was both highly functional and symbolically powerful. The stepped massing and reflective façade create an iconic silhouette visible across the city, while thoughtful floorplates maximize leasing flexibility and tenant satisfaction. Communal terraces and rooftop gardens provide shared spaces that strengthen community within the building. The project also integrated energy-efficient systems, reducing operational costs and environmental impact. Horizon Tower now serves as both a commercial success and an emblem of modern, responsible urban development.
